Healthy Cabbage Kale Slaw
INGREDIENTS
Cabbage 3 cups chopped
Kale 1 cup finely chopped
Jalapeño 1 chopped
Mini colorful peppers 5 chopped
3 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp orange juice
Juice of 3 limes
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
¼ cup or more cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl

Use this slaw on top of pulled pork, BBQ chicken, or tacos or for a fun crunch in any sandwich.
