Healthy Cabbage Kale Slaw

INGREDIENTS

  • Cabbage 3 cups chopped

  • Kale 1 cup finely chopped

  • Jalapeño 1 chopped

  • Mini colorful peppers  5 chopped

  • 3 tbsp avocado oil

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp orange juice

  • Juice of 3 limes

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • ¼ cup or more cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl

MEAL PAIRING SUGGESTIONS

Use this slaw on top of pulled pork, BBQ chicken, or tacos or for a fun crunch in any sandwich.
