Personalize Your Nutrition and Fitness Plan

  • The InBody560 is the NEWEST addition to my office. I now offer in depth body composition scans to understand how much muscle mass, body fat, visceral fat you have and how it can change overtime with our nutrition sessions.

  • This handheld device accurately measures oxygen consumption (VO2) to determine resting metabolic rate (RMR), which is the amount of calories your body burns at rest. This can help tailor your nutrition plan.

  • Want a weekly meal plan? Eatlove is a software I use to personalize meal plans to your preferences and goals. It is perfect for those who set aside time to meal prep and cook at home as well as offer quick options for grab and go. Nutrition meal plans are a minimum 3-month use to solidify behavior change.

  • Fullscript is an online dispensary for supplements that I use for my clients. Third party supplements are available through certain brands and they ship directly to your house. Recommended supplements are specific to the individual and should be monitored in conjunction with your diet.

  • I offer several different types of health tests, such as food sensitivity, gut health, hormone tests and more. The GI Map from Diagnostic Solutions is the most common testing I order for those struggling with complex gastrointestinal issues.

  • For $99/mo. have me, a Dietitian in your back-pocket to answer questions on a weekly basis and make comments on your photos of meals and snacks via a HIPAA compliant app. This is an add-on option for my clients.

  • Join other endurance athletes in our NENE membership to have a community to ask questions. Each month join a live webinar on a different sports nutrition topic. Watch the replays of all previous webinars as many times as you like, so long as you are subscribed. You can cancel anytime.
